Anastasis Neophytou & Associates LLC was incorporated in 2016 as the formal expression of a practice that had been built carefully over the preceding years. The decision to establish an independent firm was deliberate – born from a conviction that the best legal work happens when a lawyer is genuinely accountable to clients, not to institutional structures or billable hour targets.
The firm is based in Limassol – Cyprus's commercial and legal hub – and operates across the full range of practice areas that individuals, businesses, and investors require. It is a firm of manageable scale by design: large enough to handle complex and demanding matters, small enough that every client has direct access to the lawyer responsible for their work.
Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Neocor Services Limited, we extend our offering to include specialist corporate and trustee services – providing an integrated solution that covers both legal advisory and corporate administration under one roof.
We do not measure success by the number of clients on our books. We measure it by whether the clients we have leave better informed, better protected, and better served than when they arrived.
About the Founder
Anastasis Neophytou
Managing Director, Advocate
Anastasis Neophytou was born in London in 1986 and grew up in Limassol, Cyprus. He read law at the University of Leeds, graduating with an LLB with Honours, before completing a Master of Laws in Corporate Law at University College London.
He completed his professional training at two of Cyprus's leading law firms, gaining experience across a broad range of practice areas before joining a major Greek firm as a qualified advocate. In 2014, he established his own practice, drawing on that foundation of rigorous training and early experience in demanding environments.
In 2016, Anastasis Neophytou & Associates LLC was formally incorporated, together with its subsidiary Neocor Services Limited, to provide clients with a fully integrated legal and corporate services offering.
Anastasis is married and the father of two. He practises from the firm's offices in Limassol, where he was raised and where the firm remains rooted.
Our Approach
Legal matters are inherently complex. Our role is to make them comprehensible – to advise clearly, write plainly, and ensure every client understands exactly where they stand.
We take ownership of matters from instruction to conclusion. Clients deal with senior counsel directly – not passed between departments or left waiting.
The matters entrusted to us are often sensitive. We treat every instruction with the confidentiality it deserves and every relationship with the respect it requires.
Good legal work is measured by outcomes. We bring rigour, experience, and genuine commitment to every matter – because our clients' success is, ultimately, our own.
